Mr. Cousins: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what the (a) reading, (b) writing and (c) maths achievement was to level 2 at Key Stage 1, what the level 4 attainments were at Key Stage 2 and what the level 5 achievement at Key Stage 3, in the city of Newcastle in (i) 1999, (ii) 2000 and (iii) 2001; and what the national average figures were for those years.
