Mrs. May: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions what the closure arrangements are for his Department's contract with Arthur Andersen for advice on matters relating to Railtrack. [45447] Mr. Byers: The Department currently has two contracts with Arthur Andersen on matters relating to Railtrack, which can be terminated by either party at any time.
