Friend, the then Minister for the Home Department (Mike O'Brien) on 8 May 2001, Official Report, column 78W about the Arson Control Forum's new projects bidding exercise for 2001-02. I shall be writing to the hon. Member about the outcome of the Arson Control Forum new projects bidding exercise for 2002-03 in due course.
