- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, what safety measures have been taken by Shoreham Port Authority to deal with hazardous waste since May 1997. - I am not aware of concerns over such safety measures. I would encourage the hon. Member to discuss his interest with the Health and Safety Executive or the Environment Agency. (Holding answer 15 March 2002).
