To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether any persons believed to have fought in Taliban or El-Qaeda forces are known to have returned to the UK; and if he will make a statement. - No such persons are known to have returned to the United Kingdom to date. (Holding answer 4 March 2002).
