- To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, what has been the expenditure of her (a) Department, (b) agencies and (c) non-departmental public bodies on newspaper advertising by title in each year since 1997. - Inc tables and figures and text of letters from Alison Brimelow of Patent Office; Desmond Flynn of Insolvency Service; David Hendon of Radiocommunications Agency; John Holden of Companies House; Roger Heathcote of Employment Tribunals Service; Iain MacGregor of NWML; and David Irwin of Small Business Service.
