- To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, if she will make a statement on the agreements between Royal Ordnance and Pakistan Ordnance Factories prior to 1987 that permitted POF to produce APFSDS ammunition under licensed production in Pakistan; and what the state of these licensed production agreements is; if she will make a statement on the licensed production agreements negotiated between Royal Ordnance and Pakistan Ordnance Factories from 1975 to 1987.
