- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, what the outstanding debt is on the Second Severn Crossing; and if it will be repaid.

Mr. Edwards: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions what the outstanding debt is on the Second Severn Crossing; and if it will be repaid. [26065] Mr. Jamieson: The outstanding debt on the crossing stands at £469,606,000 as at 2000 accounts. It is intended that the whole of this debt will be paid by the end of the concession period, likely to be about mid 2014.
