Lords statement on What steps they propose to take in response to the circumstances that led to the prosecution today offering no evidence against 15 defendants currently standing trial at Liverpool Crown Court on charges of cheating the revenue of excise duty. [HL 258]. - Includes fact that a copy of the statement made by prosecuting counsel in court will be placed in the Library (Dep 02/2390).
