Question

Whether they have commissioned, are aware of, or will commission, any detailed scientific studies to demonstrate that the rapid cooling of carcasses after the slaughter of animals from which they are derived yields better microbiological standards, after 24 hours' retention, than carcasses which have been cooled slowly at ambient temperature in dry, well-ventilated premises.
