Mr. Savidge: To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office what steps have been taken towards improving transparency in the public appointments process. [138848] Mr. Alexander: The Cabinet Office fully supports the Commissioner for Public Appointments Code of Practice, which provides Departments with a clear guide to ensure a fair, open and transparent appointments process.
