Ms Shipley: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether Part V of the Police Act 1997 will be commenced in tandem with the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults (NI) Order 2003. [142907] Jane Kennedy: We are considering how best to implement Part V of the Police Act 1997 and officials from the DHSSPS(NI) and other relevant NI departments will be involved in such considerations.
