Mr. Oaten: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether there is a ministerial allowance for mobile phone costs. [135785] Fiona Mactaggart: There is no ministerial allowance for mobile phone costs. Ministers have access to mobile phones for ministerial duties should they require them.
