Mr. Damian Green: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills how many officials in his Department have been employed on projects to reduce truancy in each year since 1997. [133698] Mr. Ivan Lewis: The number of officials working on the co-ordination and implementation of projects to reduce truancy and improve school attendance has varied between five in 1997 and 11 today.
