- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what estimate he has made of the total costs imposed on the voluntary sector in 2003-04 by (a) Criminal Records Bureau changes in respect of volunteers, (b) registration fees imposed under the Care Standards Act 2000 and (c) medical checks required by legislation.
