To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether the Inland Revenue will pay compensation for (a) bank charges and (b) mortgage penalty payments incurred as a result of the late or non-payment of tax credits. - Inc ref to 7 July 2003, 408 c860.

Andrew Selous: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the Inland Revenue will pay compensation for (a) bank charges and (b) mortgage penalty payments incurred as a result of the late or non- payment of tax credits.
