- How many persons are currently detained under the various Immigration and Asylum Acts; how many of them have been placed in HM Prisons; and which prisons are involved; and how many of those now detained under various Immigration and Asylum Acts are: (a) persons awaiting deportation; and (b) persons seeking asylum or appealing against an asylum decision.
