Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what level of funding per capita is being spent by (a) South Sefton Primary Care Trust and (b) Southport and Formby Primary Care Trust on services for people with mental health difficulties in the current financial year; and what the average spending per capita is of Primary Care Trusts in England. - Includes figures.

Answer: Mrs. Curtis-Thomas: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what level of funding per capita is being spent by (a) South Sefton Primary Care Trust and (b) Southport and Formby Primary Care Trust on services for people with mental health difficulties in the current financial year; and what the average spending per capita is of Primary Care Trusts in England. [116278] Dr. Ladyman: The average spending per capita on services for people with mental health difficulties in the current financial year is £153.82 by South Sefton Primary Care Trust and £130.51 by Southport and Formby Primary Care Trust. Figures for the whole of England are not collated.
