- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what estimate she has made of the weight of consumer goods known to contain PVC (a) disposed of by (i) landfill, (ii) incineration and (iii) other means, (b) recycled and (c) reused, in the last year for which figures are available.
