- Whether the advertising hoarding promoting wind power, which is adjacent to the anti-clockwise carriageway of the M25 near the junction of the M1, is in accordance with the advice in Planning Policy Guidance Note 19 and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Circular 5/92. [HL 4859].
