Mr. Cameron: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what plans other EU countries have to implement European Commission Decision 2000/68/EC; and if she will make a statement. [109318] Alun Michael: We are seeking up-to-date information from other member states on how they are implementing Commission Decision 2000/68/EC. I will write to the hon.
