Gregory Barker: To ask the Secretary of State for International Development what discussions she has had with HM Treasury concerning Britain's financial burden in Iraq in the event that war-related infrastructure damage causes a significant reduction in oil revenue. [104388] Clare Short:: I am in on-going discussions with HM Treasury. It is presently too soon to say with any certainty what the cost of humanitarian and reconstruction work will be.
