Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what the source was of the material provided to UNSCOM about Iraq's attempts to obtain nuclear material in Africa; and if he will make a statement; if he will publish the evidence provided to UNSCOM that Iraq has tried to procure nuclear material in Africa. - It is not Government policy to disclose information on intelligence matters.
