To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if he will list by NHS region the bad debts and claims abandoned by each health authority, for each of the last five years. - Includes fact that detailed information not held centrally but copies of expenditure placed in Library as DEP 99/640. (Holding answer 15 March 1999).
