To ask the Prime Minister, for what reasons he approved the decision of the Home Secretary on 20th February to seek an injunction against the Sunday Telegraph; and if he will make a statement; at what time on 20th February he was consulted by the Home Secretary on the injunction he proposed to apply for against the Sunday Telegraph; and if he will make a statement. - Ref to 10 March 1999 at 327 c277W and 22 February 1999 at 326 c21-34.
