- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what estimate he has made of the proportion of the population of the United Kingdom living within an area which can access London SW1 by (a) public and (b) private transport by (i) 9.15 am and (ii) 11.30 am without starting their journey earlier than 6.00 am. - No such estimate has been made.
