Alistair Burt: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what research he is undertaking into the relationship between diet and behaviour of children in schools. [201242] Mr. Stephen Twigg: The Department for Education and Skills is not undertaking any research into the relationship between diet and behaviour of children in schools. However, the Food Standards Agency is currently carrying out research into the impact of food additives on children's behaviour.
