Members for North East Cambridgeshire (Mr. Moss) and Buckingham (Mr. Bercow) on 15 July 2004, Official Report, column 1268, and 8 November 2004, Official Report, column 510 respectively. There are no plans for refurbishment in the 2005-06 financial year.
