Mr. McGrady: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many inquiries Consumerline has dealt with since its inception; and what the average cost has been per enquiry. [203121] Mr. Gardiner: From its commencement on 3 November 2003 until 31 October 2004 Consumerline has handled 22,536 enquiries at an average cost of £10.90 per inquiry.
