Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Written Ministerial Statement on the Shatt Al Arab Incident, of 30th June 2004, 423 c 12-13WS, what assessment he has made of the likelihood of determining the position of the three boats at the time of seizure if the global positioning equipment on board is not returned. - Will write.
