Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Health, when he will respond to the Food Standards Agency's recommendation of 10th July 2003 that it would be acceptable on public health grounds to replace in two stages the over-30 month scheme with BSE testing of cattle older than 30 months; and if he will make a statement.
