Mr. Reed: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what steps he has taken to ensure that paper and timber products purchased by his Department come from a sustainable source. [110161] Mr. Hain: The Department has issued environmental guidance to purchasing staff which encourages buyers to use products from sustainable sources. This guidance is being reviewed as part of the Environmental Audit of FCO operations.
