- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many defendants have been proceeded against at magistrates courts in each year since 1997 under (a) section 1, (b) section 5, (c) section 6, (d) section 7 and (e) any section of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981; how many defendants have been proceeded against at magistrates courts in each year since 1997 under (a) section 60, (b) section 61, (c) section 62, (d) section 93 and (e) any section of the Control of Pollution Act 1974; how many defendants have been proceeded against at magistrates courts in each year since 1997 under (a) section 110(2)(a), (b) section 110(2)(b), (c) section 110(2)(c), (d) section 110(4)(a), (e) section 110(4)(b) and (f) any section of the Environment Act 1995; how many defendants have been proceeded against at magistrates courts in each year since 1997 under the Clean Air Act 1993. - Inc table with figures from 1997-2003.
