Mr. Robert Jackson: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many fully trained Arabic speakers work for the Foreign Office. [192889] Mr. Alexander: 108 officers have a current Foreign and Commonwealth Office qualification in Arabic. A number of other officers will take examinations in the next year.
