- To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills, how many 14 to 16 year olds in the Devon and Cornwall Learning Skills Council region he expects to attend a further education college in (a) 2004-05 and (b) 2006-07; and what estimate he has made of the cost of such provision in each area. - These are matters for the Learning and Skills Council. Mark Haysom, the Council's Chief Executive, will write.
