To ask the Deputy Prime Minister, when he will reply to the letter to him of 12th March from Mr Howard Kerr, Managing Director of Calor Gas Ltd., regarding the building regulations relating to oil tank installations and the OFTEC self-certification scheme. - I replied on 1 July 2004.

Mr. Evans: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister when he will reply to the letter to him of 12 March 2004 from Mr. Howard Kerr, Managing Director of Calor Gas Ltd., regarding the building regulations relating to oil tank installations and the OFTEC self-certification scheme.
