Question
Whether, under the Licensing Act 2003, police will have an obligation to produce statistics of criminal offences committed in or in the vicinity of licensed premises; when requested to do so in connection with a review of a premises licence or club premises certificate; and, if not, how the applicant for a review can satisfy the licensing authority that the licence should be revoked on grounds of crime and disorder [HL 1698].
