Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, how many equal opportunity complaints have been lodged with industrial tribunals in Northern Ireland in the last five years; and how many of these were (a) rejected initially, (b) settled, (c) heard and upheld and (d) heard and rejected. - Inc fact that will write.

Answer: Lady Hermon: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many equal opportunity complaints have been lodged with industrial tribunals in Northern Ireland in the last five years; and how many of these were (a) rejected initially, (b) settled, (c) heard and upheld and (d) heard and rejected.
