Mr. Burstow: To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many calls to NHS Direct about access to an NHS dentists there were in each month since November 2001, broken down by (a) emergency, (b) urgent, (c) routine and (d) other calls for (i) England and (ii) each strategic health authority.
