Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills, how much of the 2004-05 budget for Modern Apprenticeships is allocated to large businesses to convert their existing training for young employees into Modern Apprenticeship qualifications; and what proportion this represents of the total Modern Apprenticeship training budget allocation.
