Mr. Gordon Prentice: To ask the Prime Minister whether any coalition partners in Iraq have disapplied the Geneva Convention in respect of detainees held there; and if he will make a statement. [173006] The Prime Minister: No. All Coalition partners have consistently stated that they regard themselves as bound by the Geneva Convention in their conduct in Iraq.
