To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how much trade has been recorded by HM Customs & Excise in (a) whitecoat sealskin, (b) blueback sealskin and (c) sealskin apparel in each year since 1998. - Inc ref to 'Overseas Trade Statistics', copy in Library.

Mr. Hancock: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much trade has been recorded by HM Customs and Excise in (a) whitecoat sealskin, (b) blueback sealskin and (c) sealskin apparel in each year since 1998. [169407] John Healey: Figures on imports and exports of sealskin and sealskin apparel are published under commodity codes 43017010, 43021941 and 43031010 in `Overseas Trade Statistics' published by HM Customs and Excise, a copy of which is available in the Library of the House. However, figures for whitecoat and blueback sealskins are not separately identified.
