To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 8th March 2004, 418 c1237W, on computerised MOT Test, if he will make it his policy to set a final date for the implementation of a computerised MOT test by Siemens Business Services, failing which he will appoint a new contractor.
