If he will set out (a) the present rates of excise duty, expressed in Ecus, charged by the respective EC member nations on beer, cider, table wine, fortified wine and spirits, (b) the agreed reference rates of excise duty on these products and the target dates for convergence by all member nations and (c) the changes that would need to be made in United Kingdom excise duties to match the action already taken by Denmark. - Inc table.
