To ask the Deputy Prime Minister, whether each agency in the Department has disciplinary procedures which comply with (a) the ACAS handbook on discipline and grievances at work and (b) the ACAS Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Mr. Hancock: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister whether each agency in the Department has disciplinary procedures which comply with (a) the ACAS handbook on discipline and grievances at work and (b) the ACAS Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures. [159413] Yvette Cooper: Yes. In common with practice throughout the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, each agency has disciplinary procedures that comply with the ACAS Handbook and the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedure.
