- Further to his Answer of 13th January, Official Report, 201 column 514W, on President of the Service Institute or President of the Regiment Institute shops, what monitoring is made of decisions of commanding officers in relation to the PSI and PSR, being in competition with the NAAFI; and if he will outline the channels through which NAAFI managers may express their concern on the trading practices of these shops.
