Answer: Mr. Gibb: To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office pursuant to his answer of 26 January 2004, Official Report, column 72W, on public services audit, for what reasons the contents of the Cabinet Office paper were revealed to Rosemary Bennett of The Times newspaper. [152453] Mr. Alexander: There was no authorised official briefing to Rosemary Bennett of The Times newspaper.
