What information HMG have about the numbers of Russian, or CIS servicemen remaining outside the boundaries of the former Soviet Union, & to give figures for each country; & if HMG have been given assurances about the withdrawal of Russian forces from the Baltic states, & whether a time-table has been established for this. - Inc fiugres.
