- If it is under Montreal Convention that HMGovt are claiming powers to secure extradition to Britain or US of citizens of a country with whom there is not extradition treaty & if so, if they will specify relevant article of convention & reasons for which they are advised that Article 14 (which specifies actions that should be taken in event of disagreement between parties to convention) does not apply.
