- Whether as indicated by US Deputy Secretary of State Mr Eagleburger in a recent television programme "The Washington Version", the possibility that the US would in some circumstance have used chemical &/ or biological weapons against Iraqis during Gulf War was covered in advance by agreement among all the allies including UK.
